废水中含有大量固体与砂砾，会干扰处理过程并造成设备机械磨损，抬高维护成本。过滤环节的核心目标是把悬浮物截留在一个可控的位置，而不是让它继续往下游跑。Wastewater carries large amounts of solids and grit that disturb treatment and cause mechanical wear, raising maintenance costs. The goal of the filtration stage is to retain suspended solids at a controlled point rather than let them travel downstream.

筛分设备在矿业是耗材，耐磨性与开孔率是一对矛盾：缝隙越细分级越准，但磨损也越快。楔形丝筛板的优势在于结构强度高、背向缝隙宽、不易堵孔，适合连续重载运行。Screening media are consumables in mining. Wear resistance and open area conflict: finer slots classify more accurately but wear faster. Wedge wire panels offer high structural strength and wider slots on the back side, resisting blinding in continuous heavy-duty operation.

食品行业的过滤要同时满足两件事：卫生合规与清洗效率。过滤设备必须处理多种物料形态——气体、液体、粘性滤饼与粉尘，结构上要尽量减少物料堆积的死角，并具备在线清洗能力。Filtration in food must satisfy two things at once: hygiene compliance and cleaning efficiency. Equipment has to handle gas, liquid, sticky cake and dust, so the design minimizes dead corners where material accumulates and provides in-place cleaning.

这一领域过滤的定位是"保护"：保护凝汽器、泵、换热器、阀门以及昂贵的 RO 膜。膜前保安过滤的稳定性，直接决定后续清洗周期与运行成本。Filtration here is protection: safeguarding condensers, pumps, heat exchangers, valves and costly RO membranes. The stability of the pre-membrane security filter directly determines cleaning intervals and operating costs.

1. 介质名称1. Medium

物料名称、物性、是否含腐蚀性成分、是否高温易挥发。Name, properties, corrosiveness, volatility at temperature.

2. 处理流量2. Flow Rate

单位时间的处理量（m³/h），是否连续运行、有无峰值。Throughput per hour (m³/h); continuous or peak operation.

3. 过滤精度3. Filtration Rating

需要截留的颗粒尺寸或筛缝要求（μm）。Particle size to retain or slot requirement (μm).

4. 工作温度4. Operating Temperature

介质温度范围，决定材质与密封件选型。Medium temperature range, determining material and seal selection.

5. 工作压力5. Operating Pressure

设计压力与压差要求，决定壁厚、法兰与容器等级。Design pressure and allowable pressure drop, determining wall thickness, flange and vessel class.

6. 管道口径与安装空间6. Pipe Size & Space

进出口口径、连接方式与现场可用安装尺寸。Inlet/outlet size, connection type and available installation space.
